Our Girls

Snapped this photo this weekend, I can't get over how cute my girls are (I know they are CUTE since I am their mom). I also think its amazing how Kayla's eyes look so blue. I use to always tell my Mother-in-law that I wanted a blue eyed baby and I am wondering if when she got to Heaven she put my order through for me (thanks Mom). Even if they don't stay blue, I will of at least enjoyed it for awhile. I just love the contrast of Kayla's blue to Elise's Brown. So fun to see them be sisters, they both have such a love for each other, and I can't wait to see it grow and their bond with one another as well. Sort of jealous!

New Confession

HOARDERS
(this is not my house, just FYI)
My sister-in-law Jessica told me about this show on A&E, and I can't stop watching it. Secretly or not so secretly anymore I am scary afraid I am a Hoarder. Every time I watch the show I am scared that my house is looking like theirs and I freak out. The show to me is like a car wreck or something horrible that I want to look away but I just can't....I am stuck watching till next week. The good things is after I watch the show I usually clean something out a closet a cupboard something with in a few days of watching it cause I AM SO AFRAID.

I have learned that I do have some hoarding tendencies I get emotionally attached to items that be come of no use. I have tons of stuff, that I got for a good deal. At least the show is helping me so that I don't get to be too bad of a Hoarder. It is so interesting to me to see how much of a disease it can be. Anyway if anyone else wants to watch it on A&E on Monday nights. Most everyone probably already knew about it. I am glad to now know, maybe it was one of those things that people didn't dare tell me about since I maybe ONE...Ahhh!

Our 6 year old

This last week Elise turned SIX!
I kind of can't believe it, but we are loving it anyway. She keeps us laughing, and is a wonderful big sister to both Brycen and Kayla. We don't know what we would do with out her. Elise we love you and we are so glad you are part of our family FOREVER.

We had a birthday party on Wednesday that was dinner with family and one large pink snail cake. We were planning on a friend party but the fun of Strep Throat for the family has put that on hold. She got a bunch of fun toys and has loved playing with them all. Thanks to all family who helped remember and celebrate our Lisey!

Here are some photos from years past. It just makes me miss my baby, Lisey which I tell her all the time...

Christmas 2009

I know I know I am a bit behind. Considering I got the tree down just a week ago its not to bad. The holidays were great, and busy as always. It seemed I didn't have enough time no matter what I did. My time seemed to go just as quick as ever. We had some great times the month of December. We went to the lights at Willard Bay which has been a fun tradition. Elise had a dentist emergency and had to have a baby root canal, she was such a trooper. Nathan got to fly down to Vegas with his Dad to meet up with his brother and cheer on the Cougars. They all froze but had a great time, I hope its a tradition that will continue. My cousin Kelly was in town for the Holidays so we got to spend a day together. We went sledding in Bountiful with Nathan's Dad. We got to see lots of family and enjoy being together as a family.
